bdje Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdje", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bdje platform, its operators, owners, and affiliated entities responsible for the operation of bdje at https://bdje.io.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with bdje and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Platform" refers to the bdje website, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible through the bdje interface.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Member upon successful completion of the bdje registration process.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held in a Member's bdje account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other incentive-based credits applied to a Member's account by bdje.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by a Member via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total cumulative betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" refers to the identity and age verification process that bdje may require a Member to complete at any point during the Member's use of the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable across Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, or using the bdje Platform in any capacity — including creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any casino game — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions, together with bdje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdje governing your use of the Platform. Any prior representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings — whether written or oral — are superseded by this agreement.

bdje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To register and maintain a bdje Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdje does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, place bets, or participate in casino games under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold bdje Accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where the provision of online gambling services to residents is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bdje or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bdje Platform through self-exclusion, involuntary exclusion, or any other mechanism, or otherwise have a suspended or permanently closed bdje Account.

bdje reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request official documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued proof of identity and age. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of your Account pending resolution.

To access the full range of bdje services, you are required to create a single registered Account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your bdje Account:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bdje Account at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple Accounts associated with a single individual will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. You are required to update your account information promptly if any of your details change. bdje may reject registration applications or suspend existing Accounts where information provided is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bdje login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access your Account. bdje will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you.
• Account ownership: Your bdje Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in its immediate suspension.
• Dormant accounts: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bdje reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant Account balances, subject to advance notice being provided to the email address registered to the Account.

All financial transactions on the bdje Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bdje reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. bdje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• bdje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party sources will be returned, less any transaction fees applied by the payment provider.
• bdje reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account at any time as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made at bdje's discretion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• bdje aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). In practice, most withdrawals are completed faster, but delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bdje reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and age verification.
• Withdrawals may not be processed until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw Funds prior to satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of any associated Bonus Funds.

bdje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the Platform. Specific promotions may carry additional terms that supplement — but do not replace — these general terms.

• All bonuses are subject to individual Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus balance and are used after Real Money Funds have been exhausted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that have been generated after satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Members once only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through the creation of additional Accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• bdje reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has been partially utilised by a Member, bdje will use reasonable endeavours to honour the portion already earned.
• Bonus Funds expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Member's account without further notice.
• bdje reserves the right to reclaim bonus credits and void associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or participated in coordinated activity designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and sportsbook activity conducted on the bdje Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is displayed on-screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your Account balance. Bets that have not received a confirmation number are not considered valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. Where odds change between a Member placing a bet request and the system confirming it, the updated odds will be displayed for the Member's acceptance before the bet is finalised.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are placed in real time on live events. bdje reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during stoppages, reviews, or periods of irregular activity. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined — whether due to a system error or otherwise — will be voided.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a period of 48 hours, or where a clear pricing error has occurred. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Account balance at the original stake amount.
• Maximum winnings: bdje reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on any market. The applicable maximum payout for each market will be displayed at the time of bet placement. bdje is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake for any individual bet on bdje is ৳50, unless a lower minimum is displayed for a specific market.
• Integrity and fraud: bdje reserves the right to void any bet and suspend any Account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, corruption, or other forms of sports integrity fraud. bdje may report such activity to the relevant sports governing bodies and law enforcement authorities.

The following terms apply to all casino games available on the bdje Platform, including live casino tables, slots, and instant-win games.

• Random Number Generators: All virtual casino games on bdje use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently certified for fairness and randomness. The outcomes of all virtual games are entirely unpredictable and cannot be influenced by bdje, its employees, or its Members.
• Live casino: Live casino games are streamed from professional studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the rules published by the relevant provider. bdje accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by the third-party provider's infrastructure.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connection interruption during a casino game round, the round in question will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Account. bdje will not honour winning outcomes generated as a result of a known software malfunction.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each slot title is published by the game provider and may vary between individual titles. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Game availability: bdje reserves the right to add, modify, remove, or temporarily suspend any game from the Platform at any time without notice. In-progress game rounds will be completed before a game is removed from service wherever technically possible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdje Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with bdje.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one bdje Account.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, whether for betting, depositing, withdrawing, or any other purpose.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts to guarantee a profit, or exploiting pricing errors.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bdje.
• Engaging in any conduct that bdje reasonably suspects is connected to match-fixing, insider information, or any other sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the bdje Platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdje staff or other Members through any communication channel.

bdje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Members maintain control of their gambling activity. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that it should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a deposit limit has been set, it takes immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time reminders: Members may activate session time reminders that trigger an on-screen alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Members may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Member's Account will be restricted from all betting and gaming activity. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately upon request.
• Self-exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion from the bdje Platform. A self-exclusion request may be submitted via the Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality checks: Members may enable on-screen pop-up notifications that display session duration and net win/loss figures at regular intervals during a gaming session.

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the bdje Platform — including but not limited to the bdje brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, graphics, images, text, audio, video, data compilations, and game content — are the exclusive property of bdje or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdje Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the bdje Platform without the prior written consent of bdje.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or source code forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice appearing on the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any bdje content or use the bdje name, logo, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised by bdje.

Any unauthorised use of bdje intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and Account, and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdje and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if bdje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content or information provided on the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss resulting from events beyond bdje's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bdje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where bdje reasonably suspects or determines that a Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where a Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage.
• Where a Member has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Where bdje is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where bdje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Where a Member has engaged in behaviour that bdje considers threatening, abusive, or harmful to bdje staff or other Members.

Upon suspension or closure of an Account, bdje will conduct a review of the Account activity. Where no breach of these Terms & Conditions is established, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method. Bonus Funds and winnings subject to unmet Wagering Requirements will be forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting bdje support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member upon closure.

bdje collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and bdje. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the bdje Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, bdje collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• To verify your identity and age as part of the KYC process.
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• To provide customer support and respond to account queries.
• To comply with anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and other legal obligations.
• To personalise your experience on the Platform and to send you relevant promotional communications where you have provided your consent to receive them.

bdje will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. Please refer to the bdje Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is collected, used, and protected.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your Account, or your use of the bdje Platform shall be subject to the following dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Informal resolution: In the first instance, you should contact bdje support at [email protected] and provide full details of your complaint. bdje will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 10 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal means, you may submit a formal written complaint. bdje will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a final written response within 28 days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following bdje's final written response, you may seek independent resolution through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or gambling regulation laws. bdje does not seek to exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

bdje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page at https://bdje.io/terms-conditions.

Where bdje makes a material change to these Terms & Conditions, we will endeavour to notify active Members by email to the address registered to their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or reorganisation of existing content — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bdje Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any verified Real Money Funds balance.
